Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design efforts for commercial, and critical building projects in Taipei. This is a senior-level role responsible for technical leadership, design oversight, and coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced electrical engineer who can manage complex building systems design while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, institutional, and mission-critical facilities.
- Perform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, panel schedules, and equipment selection.
- Oversee power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage system design.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Support construction administration, including submittal review and RFI responses.
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
- Review and approve drawings, technical documentation, and design deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in building systems design.
- Strong experience with commercial, healthcare, or mission-critical projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, power distribution systems, and building design standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
