The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
To plan and execute the online distribution strategy for Le Creuset in order to maximize Brand sales and Image.
To manage own site, e-Marketplace business and further to achieve and exceed assigned yearly target, both quantitative and qualitative target.
To develop new distribution strategies to expand Le Creuset e-commerce landscape
To monitor and motivate staff to achieve sales target and company goal
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow e-commerce business across own site and online marketplaces to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Monitor e-commerce performance, reporting, KPIs, and budgets while identifying improvement opportunities.
- Optimize website UX/UI, customer journey, and online merchandising to enhance conversion and brand experience.
- Coordinate with Group IT and internal teams for website maintenance, product updates, and promotional execution.
- Develop and execute e-marketplace campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales performance.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization and new growth initiatives.
- Explore and develop new online sales channels, partnerships, and digital business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on digital advertising, KOL initiatives, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage customer service support for e-commerce enquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Lead, coach, and manage team performance, KPI setting, staff development, and cross-functional projects.
The Perfect Blend: What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of prior experience in E-commerce Management position (Brand site and Line Store experience is a MUST)
- 5+ years experience in EC marketplace ( Momo, Shopee, PChome, Coupong)
- Experience in OMO strategy and execution, Taiwan influencer / KOL marketing
- Various flavors database experience, web and mobile development, including design and marketing
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for innovative software and customer interaction, can work under pressure and multi-tasking
- BA in Marketing or Related Field
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS (others ex: JavaScript, jQuery)
- 3+ years shopping operational experience preferable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
