Independently manage a high volume of all OC brands (INTEGRATE/ettusais/MAJOLICA MAJORCA/AQULABEL/neuve/tiss), ensuring end-to-end execution with consistent quality and performance across all brands.
Own and define trend driven integrated earned and paid media strategies that drive brand equity, consumer demand, and measurable share of voice across OC brands.
Demonstrate strong sensitivity to social conversations and emerging trends to identify for immediate earned exposure and consumers engagement opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, editors, and lifestyle platforms to ensure high quality exposure.
Drive impactful media coverage that reflects brand image, storytelling accuracy, and tone consistency.
Monitor media performance, share of voice, and sentiment, translating insights into actionable buzz-driving strategies
Influencer & Opinion Leader Engagement
Identify, engage, and manage influencers, KOLs, and opinion leaders aligned with OC brands positioning and business objectives.
Plan and execute influencer seeding, collaborations, and long-term partnerships to amplify brand storytelling and drive consumer engagement.
Develop insight driven creative content directions that encourage organic storytelling, sharing behavior, and social discussion
Evaluate influencer performance with data driven KPIs and ROI metrics, ensuring alignment with business and brand impact goals.
Word-of-Mouth & Digital Advocacy
Design and implement word of mouth initiatives that generate organic conversations, advocacy, and cultural relevance for OC brands.
Track consumer sentiment, emerging trends, and online discussions across key platforms to inform communication strategies.
Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, and EC teams to maximize earned buzz and digital amplification.
Agile Campaigns & Experience Activation
Lead the planning and execution of creative, buzz-driven campaigns and reactive contents that generate shareable moments.
Integrate PR, influencer, and social elements to maximize cross-channel amplification.
Adapt campaign angles and content in real time based on trend shifts and consumer responses.
Ensure all activations deliver both brand visibility and measurable engagement outcomes
Cross-Functional & Strategic Communications
Act as a key communication bridge between PR and EC, ensuring alignment between brand buzz and commercial priorities.
Support EC by driving search visibility, traffic, and conversion through PR and social amplification.
Collaborate closely with cross functional alignment across Marketing, Digital, EC teams,and cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and contribute to business growth and brand consistency.
Support integrated campaign planning, product launch calendars, and cross-channel execution.
Contribute to issues management, crisis communications, and reputation safeguarding as required.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights on buzz performance, consumer engagement, and business impact.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
2–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, preferably within beauty, FMCG, or agency environments
Proven track record in media relations, influencer marketing, and integrated communication campaigns
Strong understanding of the Taiwan media landscape and digital ecosystem
Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is a plus
