Senior Device Operations Officer

Your Role:

• Stock count handling involves physically counting, verifying, and recording all inventory items to ensure accurate stock records, scheduled intervals (e.g. monthly, annually)
• Stock report generation
• Conducting stock reconciliation between the company inventory system and the frontline sales system ensures inventory accuracy. The process involves comparing physical stock counts, frontline sales records (POS), and system records, then investigating and correcting discrepancies.
• Resolving system rejections involves identifying the root cause (data error, configuration issue) validating data, correcting errors, and resubmitting the transaction.
• Follow up on delivery orders by actively monitoring, tracking, and communicating with relevant parties/couriers to ensure timely delivery and resolve the issue.

To be Succeed:

• F.5 / DSE graduate or above with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Process the knowhow of warehouse management and auditing
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and well-organized
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint), especially in Excel
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
