Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team and elevate the execution of our brand across digital, print, and motion. This role is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for producing high-quality marketing and product-related creative that supports campaigns, launches, and always-on content.

This position will report to the Design Manager and work under the direction of the SVP of Marketing / Creative Director, collaborating closely with Marketing Communications, Social, and Product Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in graphic design, combined with motion capabilities, and print layout expertise. A key part of this role leverages AI to enhance creative thinking and execution using it to broaden ideation, deepen exploration, and improve workflows.

Typical Accountabilities

1. Creative Execution: Design high-quality assets for paid media, email/CRM campaigns, website/landing pages, and product marketing/launch materials. Execute on-brand designs optimized for performance. Photo retouching or AI retouching flows.

2. Motion & Dynamic Content: Create motion graphics and animations for social content, product storytelling, and campaign assets. Collaborate with video/content teams to extend static designs into motion systems.

3. Print & Layout Design: Develop print-ready assets including packaging, retail/trade materials, and event/promotional collateral. Ensure strong typography, layout systems, and production-ready files.

4. AI-Enabled Design Workflows: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT) to accelerate concepting and production, generate scalable creative variations, and improve efficiency in asset creation. Contribute to evolving team workflows that integrate AI into daily design execution.

5. Brand Consistency & System Thinking: Apply and adapt brand guidelines across all deliverables. Support development of scalable templates and design systems. Ensure consistency across channels and touchpoints.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Communications, Social, Product Marketing, and Ecomm teams. Translate briefs into clear, effective visual outputs aligned with business goals.

Essential

1. 47+ years of experience in visual/graphic design.

2. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and campaign design, motion graphics, and print/layout work.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.

4. Experience using AI tools in design workflows.

5. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling fundamentals.

6. High attention to detail and production quality.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

8. Comfortable working in AI-empowered environments.

9. Clear communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in English in cross-functional teams.

Desirable

1. Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D).

2. Experience in music, lifestyle, or consumer tech brands.

3. Understanding of performance creative (ads, conversion-driven design).
