Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with any of the following: site selection for industrial-scale projects, real estate transaction, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, discussing or managing utility agreements, energy-related issues, implementation of clean energy initiatives, financial modeling, large collocation agreements.
Experience in indirect taxes, economic development policy, financial modeling, infrastructure development, agreement drafting and redlining, and presentation development.
Knowledge of power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial electrical and cooling technology, and other related areas.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
