Role Overview
The team is looking for an experienced Data Analyst who is customer obsessed, motivated, has a bias for action and can think systemically to bring to life new areas of business for the team. This role will work closely with our Business Development team building operational plans to launch and scale new initiative programs. This individual will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of various stakeholders including; software solution teams, back-end engineers, and various business leaders. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail, a knack for operational process planning, analytical capabilities and strong business acumen. Additionally, this candidate will be self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and will own working with multiple operational processes across a wide range of stakeholder teams. The candidate will have a successful track record of collaborative relationship building, program and project management, experiencing leading projects and teams, and reporting and analysis capabilities

- eDrive improvement in operational performance and lead projects in a wide range of topics and initiatives to further expand our business and enhance both our customer's and partner teams experience

- .Determines and monitors project / program schedules, progress and risks to ensure results are delivered on time. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed and works with appropriate business partners to develop and collect performance metrics
.Basic Qualification
- sMinimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, business operation, program management, e-commerce strategy & operation
- sGeneral problem solver with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills who can deep dive into different problem domain
- sBusiness experience project/ program management, operations, or customer service preferably with eCommerce experienc
- eAbility to adapt to fast-changing environmen
- tAbility to work independently and as a tea
