Senior Customer Services Officer

Your role:

• Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc.

• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers

• Handle and resolve the problem cases independently

• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE or above in any disciplines

• IIQE Paper 1 & 3 required

• Minimum of 2 years working experience at customer services / insurance industrywith at least 1 year in Employee Benefit

• Shift duty is required
