Job Responsibilities:-
- Oversee the entire sales order lifecycle from entry to delivery,validating order accuracy, monitoring WIP movement, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Track product availability, communicate lead-time changes proactively,and coordinate with production control to prioritize and execute urgent expedites
- Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, coordinating failure analysis, repair logistics, and replacements with engineering and QA teams
- Ensure all transactions and logistics documentation strictly comply withcorporate guidelines, external audit requirements, and export controlregulations (e.g.: strategic goods permit)
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support demand planning and resolve order-related bottlenecks
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related with 9 years of experience, or Master's with 6 years of experience
- Experience in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech equipment industry
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Strong knowledge of Order Management processes, including:
- Order processing and fulfillment
- International trade and shipping compliance
- Customer returns (RMA) management - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP Pivot Tables SUMIFS Macros/VBA
