Senior Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via phone, email and live chat

• Maintain good relationship with with customer

• Maintain high-level service standards

• Welcome call centre background, hotline officer, general banking officer, teller and phone banking officer

Requirements:

• Degree Holder OR Passed in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE Holde

• Call centre background, hotline officer is an advantage

• Passed in IIQE Paper 1, 2 or HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is an advantage

• Good command in English and Mandarin

• Shift Duty

• Working Location: Quarry Bay
