Senior Creative Visual Design Manager - CapCut

1. Responsible for the management of the creative visual design team that cuts out CapCut-related products 2. Lead the team to coordinate operations for different countries and users, efficiently produce high-quality designs, and support the promotion of online and offline activities in the operating market 3. Gain insight into the demands and aesthetic tendencies of overseas users, quickly understand target users and target regions, and conduct in-depth research on localized design with the team 4. Define design language, summarize and precipitate design trends, refine creative methods, be able to use design to solve business and user problems, and use creativity to bring fresh perspectives and experiences to users.

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from a design-related major, with experience in the design industry and visual design team management experience 2. Possess top aesthetic and creative abilities, diverse design styles, keen on cutting-edge design trends, and courage to explore visual language 3. Strong communication skills, open mind, deep thinking ability, able to empower the team and work well with other teams 4. Bonus points: Those who understand overseas products, markets and styles or have overseas study or work experience are preferred.
