7+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in event and video production. Proven success managing large-scale events (corporate, experiential, or broadcast) and video projects (commercials, branded content, internal communications). Deep understanding of production workflows, including pre-production, shoot logistics, post-production, and delivery. Strong budgeting and vendor management skills. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello) and production software (e.g., Airtable, Frame.io). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with creative agency workflows and client-facing roles. Experience with hybrid event platforms and remote production tools. Background in creative direction or content strategy is a plus.
