(Senior) Corporate Brand & Communications Specialist

ZEISS Taiwan is seeking a passionate and strategic Internal & CSR Communication Expert to join our Communica-tions team, a pivotal role in the GM office that strengthens employee engagement, enhances corporate culture, and advances our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts in alignment with global and regional communication strategies, while serving as a brand ambassador.

1. Internal Communication

Create and manage internal content, including newsletters, intranet updates, employee campaigns, leadership messages, and event communications.

Develop and execute internal communication strategies that foster transparency, alignment, and engagement among employees.

Coordinate internal events such as town halls, workshops, and employee recognition initiatives.

2. CSR Communication

Plan and implement CSR initiatives in line with ZEISS global sustainability framework and local community needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute community engagement ac-tivities, volunteering programs, and sustainability projects.

Develop CSR-related communication materials including press releases, social media content.
