Job Summary

Responsible for bringing business strategies to life through innovative visual storytelling, producing compelling multimedia content that informs, inspires, and connects audiences across multiple digital platforms.

We're looking for a highly agile and talented multimedia content producer who can bring business strategy to life through compelling visual storytelling.

This is more than a production role, it's a strategic storytelling position with real impact.

This one-person studio role is ideal for a creative powerhouse who thrives in ownership, moves fast, and enjoys both strategy and execution. You will translate business priorities into clear, engaging narratives across video, design, and digital platforms.

If you enjoy doing it all from conceptualizing, scripting, storyboarding, producing and delivering impactful content, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Storytelling & Content Development

• Translate business priorities into compelling multimedia stories that drive understanding, engagement, and action.
• Develop creative concepts, narratives, storyboards, and visual frameworks aligned with business objectives.

Multimedia Production

• Lead end-to-end content creation, from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Produce high-quality video, motion graphics, digital content, presentations, and communication materials.

Design & Channel Excellence

• Create visually engaging content across internal and external channels while ensuring brand consistency (social, intranet, video-first storytelling).
• Optimize content performance through audience insights, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Agility & Ownership

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative, technical, and business priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful content and explore innovative storytelling approaches.

You will be a great fit if you have:

Experience:

• 8+ years in multimedia production, content creation, or related fields.
• Strong, diverse portfolio across video and design work.

Core Capabilities

• Proven ability to connect business strategy with visual and video storytelling.
• Strong multimedia production skills (video, design, motion graphics, editing).
• Experience influencing or contributing to scripts, narratives, and storyboarding.
• Ability to independently deliver end-to-end production.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Having knowledge of HTML, CSS, DHTML, Javascript, PHP & MySQL is an added advantage.
• Possessing strong knowledge in video editing, adding special effects, animation, sound editing, color correction, and other processes to enhance the quality and visual appeal of the video.
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Canva, webinar platforms).
