Job Description
Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for client product and / or service delivery projects. Manages resources (that is, capital requirements and human capital) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provides client project management support for routine client-focused projects within a functional / operational area.
- Works with functional representatives to define, sequence and estimate activity and duration.
- Supports all aspects of project execution.
- Estimates resources, cost and other budget needs.
- Supports and facilitates all phases of project execution.
- Ensures client satisfaction levels for services, systems and installations as outlined against the contract and documented deliverables.
- Ensures effective cross-functional participation.
- Monitors metrics and reports on progress, status and issues.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and vendors.
- Coordinates project activities / tasks.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years IT / Software Project Management
- Vendor-side PM background
- Strong client-facing skills; able to handle demanding clients
- Jira proficiency (mandatory)
- English for daily communication
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
