Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Strategy Formulation
Based on the characteristics of the regional market and the AI application scenarios of different C-end products, formulate sales strategies, pricing systems, and channel expansion plans.
2. Channel and Partner Management
Collaborate with local partners to expand and optimise online and offline channel networks (including agents and retailers), plan localized marketing activities, and enhance brand awareness and user conversion rates.
Work with partners to set sales targets and execution plans to ensure the achievement of SO (Sales Objective).
3. Consumer Insights and Product Implementation
Deeply analyze product features and target user needs, and improve product positioning and market strategies for different products and application scenarios.
4. Sales Target Management
Be responsible for the decomposition, tracking, and achievement of regional sales targets, regularly review performance and optimise strategies.
Qualifications:
1. More than 6 years of channel sales management experience in consumer electronics products (3C digital products or home smart products preferred).
2. Proficient in channel development and management, with experience in building partner ecosystems.
3. Excellent consumer insight and market data analysis capabilities.
