1. Participate in overall image quality style control, define image effect goals, and be able to guide effect parameter debugging 2. Establish a complete image quality evaluation system and acceptance standards, and be responsible for the accuracy of the overall image quality evaluation 3. Lead the construction of image evaluation capabilities and build a testing team with both image cognition and technology 4. Cooperate with the product team to support hardware selection and demonstration work.

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in digital image processing, optical engineering, color science, computer science, etc. 2. Candidates engaged in image quality evaluation, with experience in delivering flagship models and participating in the DXO evaluation process will be given priority 3. Have in-depth research on the image evaluation system, be familiar with IQ-related test indicators and standards, and be familiar with image evaluation processes such as DXO, Imatest, and IE 4. Familiar with Sensor/Lens/ISP/3A and other technical principles affecting software and hardware chips.
