Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Level 2) to lead requirement analysis and solution design for enterprise-scale insurance projects. The role partners with stakeholders to define strategic objectives, improve processes, and align business and IT teams. Ideal candidates have deep insurance domain expertise, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proven delivery in complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement analysis and process optimization for insurance operations and systems

Collaborate with users, PMs, and developers to define system functionalities and ensure alignment

Design test scenarios, review test cases, and coordinate UAT

Evaluate and prioritize requirements based on cost-benefit, risk, and strategic fit

Guide and mentor junior BAs, review documentation, and maintain quality standards

Support change management, provide user training, and ensure smooth system transitions

Ensure solutions comply with information security and governance requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Management, IT, or related field

Minimum 10 years experience in insurance operations, process design, or data analysis

At least 8 years experience in process reengineering or system requirement analysis

Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and UML proficiency

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills; experience managing cross-functional projects

Excellent Mandarin and English communication

Agile experience and adaptable to changing priorities

IT or system integration background preferred
