Senior Business Analyst (Product Owner)

Our Digital Transformation team is looking for an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

• Salary up to $10,000 + AWS
• Up to 21 days of Annual Leave, Birthday off, etc

Responsibilities:

1. Involve in creation of product vision, speed-to-market strategy, roadmap and impactful objectives that align with business strategy.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into user-stories.
3. Owns the product backlog and prioritisation process based on business value and customer impact.
4. Elaborate user stories with storyboard, story map, wireframes, business process flow and acceptance criteria.
5. Working closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and usability testing.
6. Engage with Quality Engineer and business users to plan UAT, coordinates and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant discipline
• min. 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a start-up or similarly fast paced environment
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Strong communicator and good in stakeholder management
