Your role:

• Translate group-wide commercial goals into quantitative analytical frameworks, using unified customer data across Telecom, Financial Services, and Digital Health / Insurance to maximize Cu stomer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Conduct deep-dive customer profiling and multi-dimensional segmentation to map cross-pillar journey touchpoints and tier progression.
• Identify high-value cross-selling and up-selling pathways to expand multi-product holding across the group.
• Build and maintain holistic executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and BI dashboards to monitor core loyalty health metrics
• Evaluate customer campaign effectiveness across acquisition, engagement, and retention programs measure offer redemption elasticity, multi-touch attribution, and ROI.
• Formulate and analyze A/B and multivariate experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement in member engagement strategies.
• Synthesize digital product analytics (web/app clickstream, event payloads) with backend transactional and loyalty data to maintain a true 360-degree customer view.
• Implement conversational analytics interfaces and AI-assisted workflows to automate routine reporting, enable natural language querying (NLQ) for business leaders, andestablishproactive anomaly detection alerts for rapid decision-making.

To succeed in this role:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in business analytics, BI development, customer/CRM analytics, or digital analytics.
• Advanced SQL & Scripting: High proficiency in production-grade SQL and scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• BI Expertise: Proven ability to design and build high-performance, interactive executive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Domain & Funnel Knowledge: Solid understanding of customer acquisition/retention loops, CRM performance metrics, and web/mobile digital user journeys.
• Communication & Storytelling: Strong ability to translate complex analytical findings into executive-ready insights and presentation decks for non-technical leadership. Good command of Cantonese and English.

A nice-to-have in this role:

• Cloud Migration & Data Architecture: Prior experience participating in cloud migration initiatives or working directly with cloud data warehouses, specifically Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) or AWS (Redshift).
• ETL/ELT Pipeline Modeling: Hands-on experience or familiarity in designing and modeling scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, schemas, and analytics engineering tools.
• AI & Workflow Automation: Familiarity with leveraging Generative AI / LLMs to accelerate SQL generation, python scripting, or automated documentation.
• Industry Experience: Background in Loyalty Program, Telecom, E-Commerce, InsurTech, HealthTech or FinTech.
• Customer Data Ecosystems: Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM automation tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot), or predictive modeling techniques.
