Barrington James is partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company to appoint a Senior Brand Manager within their Cardiometabolic business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical marketer to take ownership of a high-impact portfolio and drive strategic brand growth in a dynamic and innovative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to maximize brand performance and long-term growth.
- Lead brand planning activities across the product lifecycle, including launch readiness and post-launch optimization.
- Generate actionable market insights to shape customer engagement strategies and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Drive innovative omnichannel marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop compelling value propositions and promotional campaigns for healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with a proven track record of successful brand management.
- Experience launching new products and driving brand growth within specialty or primary care therapeutic areas.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent project management and execution skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic, Diabetes, or related therapeutic areas.
- Exposure to sales leadership, strategic account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Experience working within a multinational pharmaceutical environment.
