The position holder will be responsible for building and enhancing image and awareness of the assigned brand to drive achievement of financial targets. To develop the brand recognition/loyalty and ensure the brand's continual growth and viability in the market.
1.In charge everything related to the Brands
Provide full support to the multi-brands from every aspect of the business including brand building, merchandising, sales & operations, marketing & promotions, visual merchandising, logistics arrangement, product training, P&L and any other duties arising from or associated with respective principal operations.
2.Market and Customers
Conduct market research, analysis market trend, and continuous monitoring of competitors activities to propose the most effective ways for the development of the brand recognition / loyalty.
3.Business Plans
Prepare business plans, budgets and forecasts, open-to-buys, and sales figures with product-mix breakdown on an on-going basis.
4.Merchandising
Plan and implement merchandising strategies, monitor demand and supply and replenishment, retail pricing and discount policies to boost sales.
5.Stock Management
Manage stock turnover to ensure higher margins and reduce stock aging liabilities.
6.Partnership
Work closely with Marketing and Visual Merchandising Teams on building, promoting, and enhancing the image and awareness of the brand in the market.
7.People Management
Supervise, and motivate sales staff to generate sales revenue through conduct product knowledge training as well as formulate and implement effective incentive scheme.
Experience Requirements
University graduate or above major in Fashion, Marketing, Textile, or other related disciplines
At least 7 years experience in luxury fashion industry and familiar with the local retail environment
Experience in dealing with brand Principals
Hands on experience in retail operations in a MUST
Good sense of design and fashion. An eye on market/ new trend
Strong negotiation and influencing experience and skills
