Senior Backend R&D Engineer-Group Information System

1. Participate in the construction of the company's financial system to create a safe, reliable, stable and efficient financial system to solve industry problems 2. Participate in/responsible for technical solution design, code development and system optimization, and continuously improve product quality 3. Identify technical challenges and explore breakthroughs, including but not limited to high concurrency processing, storage performance optimization, consistency guarantee, tenant isolation, etc. 4. Continuously optimize the system architecture, research industry technical solutions, and do forward-looking thinking and design based on business development.

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer and related majors 2. Have a deep understanding of computer principles, and have a good foundation in data structures and algorithms 3. Have technical enthusiasm, like to write programs, and have solid coding skills 4. It is best to be familiar with the Java technology stack, and have practice and understanding of common server-side middleware 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and excellent teamwork skills 6. Have long-term thinking, be patient, and be willing to devote yourself to B-side business.
