Team introduction: The Commercial Products and Technology Department (Advertising Business) was established in 2014 and is responsible for the construction of end-to-end large-scale advertising systems for ByteDance's commercial monetization , covering product matrices such as Douyin, Toutiao, Xigua Video, Tomato Novel, Pangolin, etc., it is committed to making marketing more worry-free, more efficient, and better, promoting sustainable business growth, and allowing enterprises and individuals regardless of size and region to use digital technology to inspire creativity and drive business. The business platform is responsible for the construction of the customer business platform of the entire advertising delivery system. We provide customers with one-stop advertising coverage and commercialization capability output such as advertising creation, business certification, and marketing promotion. At the same time, he has in-depth practice and enthusiasm in building a Taiwanese Copilot framework around large-scale model construction and exploring Copilot Agent capabilities for advertising and marketing scenarios. 1. Serve the Bytedance advertising system and be responsible for the research and development of key directions of the commercial advertising platform 2. Design and maintain the advertising platform, carry out architecture design and performance tuning, and be responsible for the overall service performance, stability, and rapid output 3. Optimize the core architecture of the system, be responsible for the technical planning of the platform direction, optimize engineering efficiency research and development, ensure data consistency, and be independently responsible for the development architecture of business modules, etc. 4. Responsible for the direct service platform for advertisers, gain access to comprehensive experience in the advertising field, connect various sub-businesses of the entire advertising system, and drive the selection of technical architecture for key businesses.
Qualifications
1. Have solid programming skills, more than three years of rich server-side development experience, and the development language is Golang (the original language is not limited) 2. Be proficient in using common KV storage, cache (Redis/LevelDB/MongoDB, etc.), message queue (NSQ/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ) and other services, and understand specific usage scenarios and performance differences, advantages and disadvantages 3. Strong logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and solving problems, able to handle complex business system logic, have good business modeling capabilities, and be able to combine abstract business models with business scenarios to complete technology implementation 4. I hope that while you love technology, you have a certain business thinking and can think about problems from a user perspective, not just a purely technical perspective 5. Bonus points for having the following background: in-depth reading of famous open source service codes or open source code contributions, independent responsibility for important system design and architecture, and experience from 0 to 1 experience in advertising business development is preferred.
