1. Responsible for the R&D work related to middleware, basic components and configuration services of Bytedance Feishu business 2. Participate in the R&D work of some business modules to ensure high-quality project output 3. Participate in the performance and stability optimization of SaaS services 4. The main programming language is Go.

1. Have experience in server development, bachelor degree or above, computer, communication related majors are preferred 2. Have certain technical enthusiasm, be willing to accept new things, and have strong learning and hands-on ability 3. Have strong Linux Troubleshooting ability 4. Have the architectural capabilities of complex technical systems, have a deep understanding of software development, be proficient in Web back-end development technologies: protocols, architecture, storage, cache, security, message queues, etc., and be able to produce better designs 5. Have certain business research and development experience and understand the pain points and solutions in the research and development process.
