Responsibilities
1. Participate in the function construction of Douyin payment products, fully understand the payment business process, abstract domain models, and cope with the complexity challenges brought by business development 2. Participate in the stability construction of Douyin payment system, ensure the stable operation of the system during the Spring Festival activities, Double Eleven promotion and other important company-level activities, and solve engineering and technical problems 3. Responsible for building Douyin Payment C-side business modules, including but not limited to cashier platform, user platform, marketing platform, Douyin wallet and other modules, and optimizing the existing system architecture and performance 4. Participate in the exploration and development of Douyin Payment C-side large model applications, continue to pay attention to the latest research progress and application trends in the industry, propose innovative ideas and directions, and be responsible for implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 1 year or more R&D work experience, familiar with at least one language in Java/Go/Python/C++ 2. Deep understanding of computer principles, good data structure and algorithm foundation, strong architectural capabilities and good code specifications 3. Excellent system design capabilities, proficient in the principles and applications of databases, caches, and message queues 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility for product experience and business development, have good communication skills, excellent teamwork skills and learning abilities 5. Priority will be given to those with practical experience in high-availability, high-concurrency, distributed systems such as service governance, stability improvement, and capacity planning 6. Basic understanding and understanding of prompt word engineering, model fine-tuning, multi-modality, and Agent technology will be given priority.
