To assist sales management with timely management information providing, strategic improvement & initiatives and project execution to enhance sales performance and productivity and achieve the business goal.
Key Accountabilities
- To perform sales performance management & business analysis to extend wealth business
- To co-work with branch management to drive sales productivity to achieve business focus and KPI and gain customer relationship
- To communicate with stakeholders to optimize branch foot print & branch profitability
- To initiate / execute T&D stretegy and project
- Fulfil compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales performance/productivity management, including goal & KPI setting, sales HC management, performance management, and all sales productivity related projects/process/CJE/compliance & control coordination/management
- Sales incentive & recognition program, including plan and execute & timely track tactical campaigns to achieve business target
- Wealth management related stretgy and project
- Sales communication and related control
