Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Maintenance of Titles (MOT) process, providing guidance and support to the team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of MOT-related tasks, including title searches, title updates, and title issuance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal and operations teams, to address complex MOT-related issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for the MOT process
- Continuously monitor and analyze MOT-related data to identify areas for process improvement
- Provide training and mentorship to the MOT team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the MOT process and related regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and systems
