We are seeking a data-driven Growth Operations Associate to act as the right hand to our Regional Growth Manager. You will be responsible for turning growth strategies into daily action, maintaining high operational standards, and leveraging AI to build a more efficient, automated workflow.
What You'll Do
- Operational Excellence: Execute daily growth tactics across markets and verticals, ensuring all initiatives are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Data Analysis: Monitor performance KPIs (CVR, ROI, Sales) and use SQL to extract insights, providing the manager with clear, data-backed updates.
- AI Optimization: Identify manual bottlenecks and implement AI agents/prompts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline team workflows.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with Marketing, Supply, and Product teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment.
What You'll Need
- Experience: 2–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business operations.
- Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL (basic queries/joins) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- AI Fluency: Proven experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance personal or team productivity.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Communication: Strong English and Mandarin skills for regional collaboration.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience in E-commerce marketing execution, campaign planning, or strategic analysis is a major plus.
