Job Description

Location: Singapore

Reports to: Division Head, Property & Buildings / Transport & Infrastructure

Purpose: The Senior Associate will have broad expertise, professional accredited skills and advanced

in-depth domain knowledge to be the go-to resource. He/she will play a key role in

delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects and is capable of leading multi-disciplinary

teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to meet client's expectation.

In this role, you will own complex, multi-disciplinary projects, applying your expertise in infrastructure / building

services design and high-voltage systems to shape the energy networks of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to electrical engineering design for complex transport infrastructure and/or building

projects

  • Provide leadership to guide and train a team of engineers and improve the technical knowledge of staff

for the project/s from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions,

site administration to project completion

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
  • Liaise with clients and ensure client's satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Manage the projects to ensure quality work, delivery of projects on time and within budget
  • Assume the role of PIC/PM and sign off as the registered QP/PE for the company for statutory

submissions/certificates

  • Source and secure new business opportunities/ projects
  • Standardize technical standards and performance specification for the Company

Requirements

  • Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering with PEB Singapore
  • Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) Singapore
  • Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex

problems and drive programs to successful completion

  • Excellent understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (e.g LTA,

PUB, BCA, SCDF, SPPG, TFCC, etc)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate and engage multi-disciplinary team in complex/mega projects to achieve

results for the clients

  • Familiar use of electrical software, e.g, ETAP, Trace, Dialux and etc
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
