Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all aspects of marketing and design for four countries (specify countries).
- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all four markets.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (events, branding initiatives, etc.).
- Develop and maintain master design templates for various digital platforms (website, ads, social media).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and design materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing and design goals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and design trends.
II. Marketing Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for each target country.
- Develop and maintain a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
- Set marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and manage brand awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners such as agencies and vendors.
- Create compelling marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, email marketing content).
- Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
III. Design Responsibilities:
- Master Templates:
- Develop and maintain master design templates for websites, ads, social media platforms, and other digital assets.
- Ensure templates are user-friendly and adaptable across different formats.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
- Design Application:
- Design and develop digital assets (e.g., banners, graphics, presentations) based on marketing campaign needs.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment between design and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
