We are looking for a high-potential and driven Senior Associate, CEO Office to join our regional leadership team based in Taiwan. This is not an administrative or support role. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO on high-impact regional projects across business operations, commercial growth, strategic partnerships, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and special projects requiring fast execution and problem-solving.
The role is designed for ambitious talent who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and want direct exposure to regional leadership and decision-making in a high-growth company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic and operational initiatives across APAC markets
- Drive and execute high-impact regional projects across business, operations, sales, performance improvement, and organizational initiatives
- Support cross-functional problem-solving and help unblock critical business challenges
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders across Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Southeast Asia, and other APAC markets
- Conduct business analysis, market research, operational reviews, and project tracking to support management decisions
- Participate in important client, partnership, and regional business discussions where needed
- Improve internal processes, communication flows, and operational efficiency across teams
- Take ownership of special projects and execute independently with high accountability and speed
What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in consulting, startups, business operations, strategy, project management, sales, account management, or other high-performance environments
- Strong problem-solving ability with structured thinking and strong execution skills
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures and seniority levels
- Fluent English communication is required for regional collaboration and business discussions
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations professionally
- Willingness to travel frequently across APAC markets for business projects and leadership initiatives
