Senior Associate, Bilateral Team -
Operations Department - Loans Operations
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide processing support and checker duty primary to bilateral loan transactions including loan drawdown, rollover, fee collection and SWIFT payment, etc.
- Prepare and check Banking Returns, Head Office's reports and MIS reports
- Assist team head to supervise the execution of administrative tasks in the team including documents filing, scanning and warehousing, etc.
- Backup support the duties on processing daily syndication loan transactions
- Provide support in ad hoc tasks and projects relating to loans operations
Requirements:
- Secondary education orequivalentwith minimum 8 years hands-on corporate loans operations experience and at least 3 years in supervisory level Degree holder with less experience will also be considered
- Good knowledge in corporate loan product processing and risk control
- Fluent spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- Well versed with MS Office, hands-on coding experience, e.g., VBA, Alteryx, Excel Macro, etc. will be an advantage
