Responsibilities
- Run the performance management forecast and budgeting process for the Secured Lending business to drive strategic initiatives. This includes appropriate data quality analysis, corroborative analysis of key business drivers & trends, as well as preparation of insights and commentary.
- Collaborate with Product and Business Analytics team in the development and enhancement of MIS dashboards
- Involve in the preparation & story-boarding of CEO quarterly results update and annual budget reviews
- Drive data report automation for regulatory reports and key business data control towers.
- Monitor overall Deposits & Secured Loans (DSL) expense and work closely with Technology and Product team to provide timely update on the progress of DSL's initiatives and enhancements
- Work closely with Product teams to ensure timely accruals of DSL expenses
- Prepare MAS reporting for borrowers profile, housing loan survey and TDSR/MSR waiver
- Perform operational risk reconciliation as an independent party to ensure strong controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field with a minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS
- Conversant in MS Excel and PowerPoint applications. Knowledge of QlikSense and data analytical tools would be of advantage
- Strong analytical skills to make sense of business drivers and the impact on financials
- Comfortable with managing and analysing voluminous data, with an eye for detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently and effectively in a team, at the same time
