Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the bank's Talent Relationship Management (TRM) for the Key Hubs and Branches (KHB) portfolio
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent for the KHB roles
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide tailored solutions
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify talent gaps and opportunities
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Provide guidance and support to the KHB teams on talent-related matters
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures related to talent management
Requirements
- Experience in talent management, recruitment, or human resources
- Strong understanding of the banking industry and its talent landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address talent-related challenges
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Demonstrated track record of successful talent management initiatives
