Senior Assistant Manager, Finance Services

Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our Finance Services team, focusing on service costing and pricing based on industry benchmarks. This pivotal role will ensure accurate financial data supports sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the complete suite of service and drug codes and pricing conditions in the National Billing System. Conduct costing analyses of hospital services and drugs to align with the requirements of National Costing Exercise via MOHH Costing Systems. Support the cost rebase for Value Driven Outcome initiatives. Perform regular industry fee and cost benchmarking to identify efficiency opportunities for departments. Interpret policies and guidelines from relevant health authorities and collaborate with departments to operationalize these policies effectively. Ensure the integrity of service cost codes in the designated financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business or finance. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience. Strong ability to engage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders across various levels. Proven experience in managing and processing extensive data volumes. Proficient in setting business contexts and conveying key insights from data analysis. Experience in the healthcare sector with expertise in decision support and activity-based costing. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, VBA Macros, PowerPoint, and Word, along with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
