Job description
We are now seeking for Senior Architect - AP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a full spectrum of project management duties from inception to completion
- Supervise and prepare detailed design including coordinated drawings, joinery details, finishes schedules, and building system integration
- Oversee site progress against construction schedule, identifying delays and driving recovery plans
- Responsible for tendering process and contract negotiation
- Conduct site surveys and prepare measured drawings for existing conditions
- Prepare and maintain the documentation for statutory submission
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education in Architecture, Design or related discipline
- Authorized Person qualification is a must
- At least 6 years of solid experiences in sizable projects
- Well-versed in both Hong Kong and China regulations
- Proactive, self-initiative and a collaborative team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
