Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (Sales)

SC Johnson Taiwan is looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to partner closely with our Sales team in driving business performance and delivering actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Taiwan Sales team to provide end-to-end financial support and business partnering
• Manage full P&L analysis, including monthly sales scorecards and commentary
• Monitor and control trade spending and budgets, with analysis by account and category
• Provide recommendations to optimize BTA spending, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities
• Lead annual budget planning, forecasting (FCST), and re-estimation processes
• Support broader business development initiatives and ad hoc projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within FMCG or multinational environments
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering capabilities
• Experience supporting sales channels and commercial teams is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP systems
• Strong communication skills in English
