Responsibilitie
- Review and verify expense details, including supporting documents and budget alignment; ensure accurate accounting entries are made.
- Manage and execute accounting and financial processes for the company's overseas operation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including internal management statements and account reconciliation report.
- Handle intercompany transactions across multiple brands within the group and compile cost allocation report.
- Conduct expense variance analysis and provide insights for financial planning and optimization.
- Support special projects and assignments as delegated by management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full set accounting or audit, with hands-on experience in managing overseas accounting operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including functions such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF Functions,etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Experience in team management, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
