Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in accounting, including handling cross-border or overseas financial operations. They should be highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. A strong analytical mindset and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.

Responsibilitie

  • Review and verify expense details, including supporting documents and budget alignment; ensure accurate accounting entries are made.
  • Manage and execute accounting and financial processes for the company's overseas operation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including internal management statements and account reconciliation report.
  • Handle intercompany transactions across multiple brands within the group and compile cost allocation report.
  • Conduct expense variance analysis and provide insights for financial planning and optimization.
  • Support special projects and assignments as delegated by management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full set accounting or audit, with hands-on experience in managing overseas accounting operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including functions such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, IF Functions,etc.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in team management, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
