Senior Accountant is a key member in Taiwan Finance to support the team's efforts to achieve functional objectives and goals.
The ideal candidate is responsible for handling complex accounting and tax matters in addition to routine accounting process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and review team members work to ensure timely and accurate accounting postings.
- Prepare internal and external reports and support external audit.
- Handle complex accounting transactions and tax matters to meet the GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and proactively support relevant projects.
- Collaborate with accounting team members to document and update accounting process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional or cross-border team for accounting operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of professional experience with multi-national company or major CPA firms
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin.
- Taiwan or US CPA preferred
