Senior Accountant (Accounts Receivable)

Job Overview

As an Accountant, he/she plays a crucial role in Finance Operations - Lease-related transactions, maintaining control & compliance with relevant accounting standards, and providing lease deal review, activation and reporting.

Responsibilities

. Responsible for the overall accounts receivable (Leasing) function and customer master management
. Prepare reconciliations to financial/billing cycle accuracy and compliance
. Engage month-end closing activities and receivable reporting
. Integrate with business partnership management to drive Group Accounting Policies and Best Practices
. Assist in the internal and external audit with other Finance Sections
. Streamline the accounts receivable function in operational excellence
. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in accounting or any other related disciplines

Experience and Skills:
. Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in a similar capacity
. Proactive, independent, open-minded with meticulousness and accuracy, initiative & strong sense of responsibility
. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
. A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
. Proficiency in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
. Experience in using the Yardi and SAP (S/4 HANA) system is preferred
. Immediate availability is highly preferred
