The Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying ATE-based test solutions for semiconductor devices. The role involves working across test program development, validation, correlation, and production release. Technical Skills
- Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to end-to-end test solution development from requirements to production release
- Develop, debug, and deploy test programs on Teradyne UltraFlex / UltraFlexplus platforms
- Perform test program bring-up, validation, correlation, and release-to-production activities
- Develop test patterns, test flows, and test methods for NPI programs
- Support IC characterization for digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices
- Conduct failure analysis and debug of test failures and RMA returns
- Analyze test data and ensure accurate correlation across environments
- Optimize test programs to improve yield, throughput, and test efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues using structured problem-solving approaches
- Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements
- Provide on-site engineering support when required
- Use lab equipment for validation, debugging, and fault isolation
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- 4 8 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering or ATE development
- Hands-on experience with Teradyne ATE platforms
- Experience in test development, debug, and production support
