Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customer based on Keysight products and services. Is focused during various phases of the sales process including customer requirements analysis,feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution,generally allocated by project and engineering services. Understands customer's problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Integrates Keysight products and services (at the system/solutions level) into customer's environment. Prepares detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products, applications and/or solutions. Ensures the product functions per specifications. Also ensures our system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site. May be product or technology focused.
Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their
application needs and challenges.
Solution Development: Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their
specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the
Capabilities And Benefits.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their
primary contact for technical inquiries and support.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and
support the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products, identifying key
differentiators and advantages of the company's offerings.
Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to influence future product development
and enhancements.
Training and Education: Provide training and educational sessions to customers and internal teams
on the use and application.
Post-Sales Support: Assist with post-sales activities, including troubleshooting, technical support,
and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 8 years relevant experience for entry to this level
- Proficient in semiconductor device physics.
- Advantageous to have skills in software programming such as C
- Relevant ATE experience
