Semi-conductor Application Engineer

Company Description

DIP-View is a technology company focusing on optical metrology equipment for the SC market. The company develops disruptive equipment for nm level metrology dedicated to SC manufacturing lines and is looking to extend his team in Asia.   

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Semi-conductor Application Engineer at DIP-View located in Taipei City. Some remote work is acceptable. The Semi-conductor Application Engineer will be responsible for technical evaluations at the customer site, understanding of customer requirements for metrology and process optimization, building use cases for semiconductor applications troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor metrology and process optimization (Advanced packaging, AI chips, HBM, CMP process)
• Knowledge of troubleshooting semiconductor applications
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical support to customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, SC process, Physics / optics, experience with data analytics or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in a manufacturing site will be greatly appreciated
