Selicon Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute post-silicon validation and characterization with focus on reliability

2. Support reliability stress testing (HTOL, thermal, voltage stress)

3. Analyze silicon data to identify failure trends and anomalies

4. Support silicon bring-up and debug, focusing on reliability issues

5. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive resolution

6. Collaborate with design, DFT, and product teams to mitigate risks

7. Support qualification and reliability sign-off

Must-Have Qualifications

1. 5-8 years of experience in post-silicon roles (Product Test, Validation, or Product Engineering)

2. Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug

3. Experience with reliability testing (HTOL, EM, BTI, HCI, etc.)

4. Strong semiconductor fundamentals with basic reliability knowledge

5. Experience in data analysis using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools

6. Familiarity with ATE or silicon test environments

7. Experience in root cause analysis across silicon/test issues

Good-to-Have Qualifications

1. Familiarity with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K)

2. Experience with advanced nodes (FinFET or below)

3. Understanding of DFT and production test flows

4. Exposure to foundry or OSAT interactions

5. Experience in high-volume production environments

6. Knowledge of low-power design concepts (UPF)

Key Skills : Post-silicon validation and characterization across PVT conditions, Reliability analysis and failure mechanism understanding, Data analysis and trend identification using Python/MATLAB, Debug and root cause analysis across silicon and test, Understanding of ATE, test coverage, and screening strategies, Cross-functional collaboration with design, DV, DFT, and manufacturing teams
