Self-developed switch structure design engineer

1. Responsible for the structural requirements analysis and system solution design of ByteDance's self-developed switch products, and collaborate with the product R&D team to determine the system architecture of the product 2. Assist the R&D team to complete self-developed switch hardware design, complete machine design, simulation, etc., and be responsible for the structural complete machine design of self-developed switch products, including structural design, industrial design, cable design, and packaging design 3. Responsible for analyzing and solving structural process, production, assembly and reliability issues in the product development process, and systematically solving product problems caused by structural parts 4. Responsible for the exploration and innovation of new technologies related to self-developed switch structures.

1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design, mechanical engineering and other related majors 2. Have more than many years of experience in structural design of network communication equipment such as switches, and be familiar with product structural design and the entire development process 3. Proficient in design software and finite element analysis tools such as CAD, CAM, CAE, etc., with excellent structural design and analysis capabilities 4. Be able to reasonably select materials and optimize structural design, and be familiar with injection molding, silicone, sheet metal, casting, profiles and other mold processes 5. Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, strong self-motivation, and work conscientiously, responsibly, rigorously and meticulously.
