What you will do
- Drive business development activities and support strategic growth initiatives in the AI and Data Center market
- Develop and strengthen relationships with CSPs, OEMs, integrators, and key end users
- Identify, progress, and support new business opportunities and long-term account development across regions
- Coordinate closely with regional sales teams and headquarters to align customer strategy, commercial priorities, and market activity
- Support executive-level customer engagement and strategic commercial discussions with global accounts
- Improve pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, and follow-up across markets
- Help align customer expectations with internal commercial and operational priorities
- Contribute to market expansion linked to liquid cooling, AI infrastructure, and next-generation data center technologies
- Travel regularly to the United States and other international markets to engage customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments
- Support cross-functional collaboration across sales, product management, operations, and headquarters
- Contribute to global exhibitions, industry events, workshops, and customer-facing activities
- Prepare business updates, opportunity reviews, market insights, and management presentations
- Support critical customer situations and cross-regional commercial coordination in fast-changing environments
What we are looking for
You are a self-driven and commercially credible professional who is comfortable operating in a matrixed, international environment. You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and are motivated by creating growth in markets defined by complexity, speed, and strategic importance.
You bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, strategic sales, or similar commercial roles
- Experience engaging with CSPs, hyperscale customers, OEMs, or other data center ecosystem stakeholders is strongly preferred
- A strong commercial mindset and customer-facing credibility
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and coordination capability in multinational settings
- The ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and time zones
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis, including regular travel to the United States
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Openness to long-term international relocation opportunities
It would be an advantage if you also have
- Experience in AI, data center, liquid cooling, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technology sectors
- Experience supporting global customers or multinational business operations
- Familiarity with hyperscale customer environments and strategic account development
- Experience coordinating across regional teams and headquarters
- Exposure to global exhibitions, industry events, and customer conferences
