About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Security Program Manager to lead compliance, risk management, and security governance initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Microsoft policies and local regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on Taiwan security standards and data protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies, local government regulations, and all supporting documentation requirements. Provide regular updates to internal review boards.
- Establish and maintain robust risk management, governance, and oversight frameworks.
- Drive nationality compliance for CSS Support Engineers in alignment with Taiwan National Security requirements, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure restricted nationals are not assigned to sensitive customer environments and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Partner with the Global Networking Team to monitor and manage data transit through restricted regions, including monthly compliance reviews.
- Develop and deliver security and compliance training for internal teams and external partners.
- Build strong working relationships with Business, Engineering, and Data Center Security Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Ensure proper data classification for sensitive customers and compliance with Taiwan data regulations.
- Provide guidance on Taiwan security clearance requirements and protocols to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, Operations Security (OpSec), and data privacy at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security program management, compliance, or risk management roles
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and security frameworks
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage audits, documentation, and compliance processes effectively
