Section Head, Treasury Solutions Sales - Taiwan Based

Role

• Lead the Treasury Solutions Sales team in Taipei, driving FX, rates, and derivatives solutions for Taiwan jumbo corporates, MMEs, and MNCs.
• Originate and execute tailored hedging and investment strategies to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior treasury and finance decision-makers.
• Collaborate with trading, structuring, and product teams to deliver competitive pricing and innovative solutions.
• Ensure team performance, coaching, and development to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in treasury solutions or corporate sales, with strong expertise in FX, rates, and derivatives.
• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and driving business growth.
• Deep understanding of Taiwan corporate market dynamics and treasury risk management practices.
• Strong product knowledge across hedging instruments and structured solutions.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills; Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management standards.
