Asia American International Academy (AAIA) is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Social Studies/History Teachers to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop a strong understanding of social studies skillsets, college-level course readiness, and critical thinking skills within an international learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the social sciences or a related field
- Valid teaching license or equivalent experience
- Experience teaching Middle School US History, High School Geography, and (AP) US History courses preferred
- Experience teaching and/or facilitating Business/Economics courses and related AP-level courses preferred
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student growth, academic excellence, and the mission of AAIA
